Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your bespoke/custom order, you are eligible for one free exchange. For all other order types including ready-to-ship products, unless proven to be defective or damaged, exchanges will not be permitted.
The exchange policy lasts for 7 days once your order has been delivered. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, exchanges will be denied.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs incurred for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your return. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed and a new replacement item will be shipped to you.
